What if I do not see my unit or one of my licenses in my Dashboard?

If your unit does not appear in the Dashboard on the My Devices page just click on the Add/Activate Device link and add the device to your account.

Once you have added the device to your account you will see the Basic Activation Key as well as any licnse keys you have purchased.

Example:

In some cases, keys that were purchased on our old website, keys that were purchased by phone, keys that were provided as part of a promotional program or keys that were issued as a demo will not be displayed. If this is the case, please open a website support ticket including the email address you use to log into your account and the device serial number and our Support Team will manually update the information for you. Typically information will be updated within one business day or sooner.

Note: Once a license key has been entered in the unit the license is permanent and is not affected by whether or not it is displayed in your account Dashboard.
